Telkom sucks
I have had problems with Telkom in the Kosmosdal Samrand area..
Telkom is useless struggeling for 2 months to get a tecgnician out to fix my internet and phone line.
Also waiting for a refund on my montly bills reported this more than 3 months ago.
I don't recommend telkom to anyone they are useless no service.

The fault has been linked to cable theft. Unfortunately a decision has been made not to replace the service but to provide an alternative wireless service.
A consultant will be in contact to assist with the conversion of the service.
