Telkom sucks.
Cant upgrade because can't cancel pending upgrade (Which cant be installed.): Cancellation number: ********** open for 3 weeks now.
IT Back Office refuses to act, we are stuck with 2Mbps and in process gap hell. Your company well and truly sucks.
