Telkom sucks

I have to say I am very very very disappointed in the service telkom has been giving me the last few months. I have been struggling with my wifi since I got it in December. Each month the debut order goes off yet every month I have no network. They consistently telling me that my modern is faulty and when it returns they say everything is fine with it. Then they suspend your line when they dont deduct the correct amount.

I am beyond ****ed. It was also the waste idea to even take out a contract by them. Every week they feel the need to suspend my services due to mistakes if not mistakes then I'm over due with this and that amount.

I've been with Cell C and with MTN for many years and not once did I have this problems..

I've been on the line for more than 9 hours waiting to talk to someone to resolve these issues but all they do is transfer me this and that person.

Honestly I will never recommend this service to anyone. I'll rather spend money MTN for excellent service then on this stupid network.

God I'm so annoyed at them.
