Telkom sucks
i ordered a new landline with telkom, i was promised that it would take 7 -14 days for installation. a technician was there to install & couldn't saying underground cables are damaged. i have been waiting since & every time i call them they say the escalating my query. very annoyed & disappointed, telkom service is pathetic.
