Welcome to Telkom mobile where we take 3 F#@KING weeks to never get back to you please do remember that you calling us is more important than us calling you back and do remember that we promise as agent to get back to you within 72 hours I have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to call me back first call I made was on the 13/04/2016 Reff No. ***6 and till to date 04/05/2016 I still waiting for someone to call back there some agents that work for Telkom that just don’t know what the F#@K they are there or what the F#@K they doing I have called more times than I can remember and all I get is that someone will get back to me but still F#@KALL just looks like Telkom mobile sells phones but nobody there knows how to use one I think you need to send everyone there on call center training Now you have my Reff No. now so let see how long it takes for someone to call me back
