Telkom sucks

Such a pathetic service provider. I phoned in because my internet was slow. Upon doing a speed test my internet speed was showing 0.02. Which I then decided to phone Telkom to reset my ports, the consultant that was assisting me said she can see there is a miss match with my line and is going to sort it out. Now from having little internet I now have no internet. So not sure when she said she is going to sort it out did she mean make it stop completely. In any event the line cut off so I had to phone back again for 3 times and all 3 times the consultants failed to help me. I’m now sitting with a landline phone that’s not working and internet not working. I’m suppose to be working from home but I can’t cause of this ******* service provider. You’ll are the most useless internet service provider ever. You’ll have staff that is *********** and don’t know what they doing. Learn to train your staff better.
