telkom sucks

Telkom mobile put a debit order through my account for an amount of R 3400.00 . it bounced back as my account averages R 1000.00 and that's how much I had in my account . I did an upgrade and was told there will be no extra charge . suddenly they added an extra charge . they subsequently disconnected me last Monday on the same day that they deducted R 1500.00 . I called the call centre and asked to be reconnected . till this day nothing has happened . they also deducted r 2000.00 on Thursday last week . first of all the charges are ******* and second of all I have no internet connection to this day . PEOLPLE PLEASE DONT USE TELKOM MOBILE .
