Telkom sucks

Telkom is the worst company to ever deal with, I had a contract with them for a few years now and canceled as I was going to take up a fibre contract with them.

I canceled early this year and up to date telkom still debits me, I have made contact with them a few times trying to cancel off my debit and asking for a refund, but they declined, now I have to do a reversal every month as they are continuously changing they reference numbers and the debit still goes off my account.

They also debit of different days when you lease expect them to, from the 15th to the 25th then the last or first day of the month.

My advice is to stay away from telkom rather find an alternate provider as telkom is the worst company to deal with.
