Telkom sucks!!

Cancellation of debt orders is a nightmare in telkom..over time I have requested for cancellations since last year..and to my suprise they are still debiting my account till date.the best they know is to say log a query then someone call promising to make a follow up BUT NOTHING HAPPENS..UNTIL WHEN WILL TELKOM UNDERSTAND THAT I CANNOT KEEP ON REVERSING THEIR DEBIT ORDER IT DAMAGES THE CONDUCT OF MY ACCOUNT...SO PLEASE TELKOM STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE..I GUES I AM NOT EVEN THE FIRST 1 TO COMPLAIN ABOUT SUCH A THING..MANY PEOPLE R..TELKOM U R THIVES...I WILL NEVER ADVICE ANYONE TO SIGN UP A CONTRACT WITH YOU COS IS A LIFE SENTENCE!!! BULL$$$$$$!
