Telkom sucks

Telkom has been a nightmare for me this festive season when I need my internet the most. They debited my acc on the 21st December without my authority to do so and suspended my line. I've made numerous phone calls and was promised my line would be re-activated in no time...till now still no activation. I spoke to a number of consultants and one was extremely rude and told me my line will be activated aftet 14days...how ridiculous is that. I NEED MY LINE ACTIVATED TODAY OTHERWISE I'LL BE FORCED TO REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER WHICH WAS TRIPPLE MY INSTALMENT WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION!!!!!
