Telkom sucks

Telkom, has the worst service in the whole industry...from the unfriendly consultants (telephone and at the Telkom shops) it's been 7 days from the payment date and the account remains suspended and called the billing department and was advised that it would take a further 7-14 days for the suspension to be lifted.

I have made numerous calls and have been to the shop to get this rectified but no way forward.

Then again it did take them almost 2 months to respond to my previous emails.

Last time I had a complaint I did a review on Hello Peter, tweeted my complaint and not even a call or email in acknowledgement.

Disappointing.
