TELKOM SUCKS

Gosh Telkom is the worst service provider under the sun. I have LTE uncapped and it does not work, i am paying a premuim for this service and i get no service. I have called the call centre on numerous occasions since 28 March and logged many faults and all i get is a response via sms that the problem is resolved which is not true. THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. with the lock down and most people working for home the internet is vital but Telkom obviously doesnt think so. fault nr ***1, ***7, ***1, ***8, ***1.

Enough is enough, i want my contract for lte cancelled as your guys are useless, cancelled with no penalty cost as you are in breach of the contract by not providing the service.
