Telkom sucks

Im so so disappointed in Telkom, all i want to do is cancel my service with them.. I went to the branch at mall of africa asking them to assist which i was which i was given the run around and told i should call the help center. I've been calling the call center dice Friday.018 180 i never get a consultant, but when i do and i tell them what i want they put me in hold for over 40min.

This is truly unacceptable, all i want to to cancel my subscription that it.. Never will i use Telkom again
