Telkom sucked the network out of us

Telkom wifi uncapped was initially installed for a month, network was bad but we paid our monthly dues. Lightning struck, worse service from Telkom technicians. We eventually paid R6000 in total & to date still no wifi. Sent from pillar to post as walk in centre could not assist as we had ordered the service online.
