TELKOM SUCK WITH SERVICE

I have ordered an ADSL line, they started to install the line and has now left if half way. I have not received my modem nor any phone calls from them. When I phone the 10213 number it sounds like the operator has had a bottle of brandy for the morning. I get told to phone back after 3 hours. Sorry I will be cancelling NO SERVICE from TELKOM
