Telkom suck lolly pops

Telkom is bad just made me paid 1000 for an new router which is not even 3 weeks old where is my warrentee or guarantee stepose to have the steel then their services went from bad to worse Bleddy useless company Now thy say thy need to keep the old router so if I just paid 1000 for a new the old one is my property not telkoms All the want is the money but no help or proper service bad bad bad
