Telkom suck and unhelpfull

<p>Our internet is off from tuesday and cannot receive or send email nor pay clients.</p> <p>we called telkom yesterday(wednesday)morning around 10am they said it will be fixed before 6am today(thursday) so this morning it was still faulty and i called and they said it will take another 24-48h just to analyze the problem and after that they will send someone out.</p> <p>This is not the first time it happend i am tired of Telkom and is thinking of going to a other service provider </p> <p>#poorservice</p>
