Telkom suck

Changed my bank account by them then I was told to make the 1st payment EFT but they gave me the wrong reference number. So nou my phone is suspended for 2 weeks and I have called and email them a bunch of times but no one there can help me so my phone is payd on time and it's time to pay them again but my phone is off. Telkom can't complain about the service cos there is non
