Telkom Suck

I have handed in my device at Vangate on 27.12.2024 for an insurance claim. Today is 25.02.2025 and to date I am not sure where my device is or what the delay is. I call the insurance and have no joy. I pay this account for 2 months and I cant make use of the device. Telkom Insurance is by far the worst. I need feedback before I take my concern to social media
