Telkom suck....

I bought airtime with the telkom app on Sunday R1060 I didn't receive any airtime but they took my money from fnb.... We spend 2 hours in store in line just to find out they can't help me I'm a pre paid customer I paid cash and can't get my airtime or money back plz plz plz help
