Telkom Suck

I have Telkom internet at home. The service provided is really bad. I barely can go onto the internet as it is so slow. Really do I pay every month so that i can hope and pray my internet will be faster the next time I pay? Where is the customer service? Should you decide not to pay one month as you do not receive proper service, they phone harass you and cut your line. But it is OK for Telkom to provide bad services. I signed a contract with Telkom for 24 months and I keep to the contract by paying monthly. Telkom on the other hand provides a bad service. The internet is so slow that I cant even use it. This is quite upsetting. Every one I talk to regarding the problem are complaining about Telkom. I will not recommend Telkom to any one.
