Telkom suck
I app**** for relocation of my landline begin February. When I went to Telkom 2 weeks later there was nothing on their system. I app**** yet again. After many visits to Telkom and many calls- they made an appointment to install my telephone on Thursday. On Thursday the Telkom guy phoned me- wrong adres- they gave an adres where I was living 6 years ago. I phoned again onThursday- changed the adres yet again. Followed up on Friday- still wrong adres- changed the adres- they say I will receive a sms with my reference number and appointment date- received no sms- phoned this morning- still the wrong adress. No progress. I am an artist and do all my sales and marketing on internet and for a month and half I am stuck!! I have been with Telkom for many years now- I was always happy with their service but now it suc**** Worst service ever .

My number: *** just so that you can, but I not sure Telkom would even try to, try to better your service for future clients, but your help to move my line is not necessary anymore as I got another supplier as I made absolutely no progress whatsoever with many many calls and visits to Telkom.
You can however see that the do cancel my line as I am skeptical if that will happen as that was also so difficult to do, impossible via your website, even the manager at the Telkom shop in Klerksdorp could not get to do it and had to send an email in the end.
Also, I would like to know what will happen to the account I will receive for three months without being able to use my line and internet, That's a fight I still need to fight!! Your help will be much appreciated. My sell number: ***
