Telkom suck

I bought a February deal package that has a mobile sim card and router, a month ago. Upon arrival the sim was supposed to be activated so that I can use internet, but no! Even today it is not activated and when I call, the agents claim not to be responsible and pass me from one consulted to the other, and it takes 45 mins to get an available consultant. I'm disappointed.
