Telkom suck

Telkom once again proof that they have the worst customer service.So about a month ago they called me to tel me im getting a upgrade from them because they dont work with copper any more(ADSL) so they are going to send me a lte device to replace my adsl line...then the lady asked me where can they deliver it to me so I asked if they can deliver it to my house and if my wife can sign for it...yes she said and took all my wifes details..5 days later courier it brought the p****l but did not want my wife to sign..they said they wil come back so I took of work waiting for them and they never came back..upset I called courier it and asked whats going on...no they sent my p****l back to telkom...so I called telkom 2 weeks ago and asked if they can resend it.yes she said took all my info and p****l number and said 5 working days..but they never came so I called again and asked telkom whats going on so the guy told me all my info is on the system I should have goten it by now...another week later and still no p****l...dont think I should bother caling again they clearly dont give a f
