Telkom, such a disapointment

Thank you Telkom, for having me phone you multiple times over the course of 1 week, suspending my internet line about...5 times! Speaking to probably over 20 different operators (and 1 supervisor - finally got hold of one! Did not help at all though) I am so disappointed in their service, and every time I speak to a different operator, they have a different reason for our line not working! Useless. Why are we paying for our line to get cancelled by Telkom? Every time it gets fixed, they tell me it won't happen again, until the next day......
