Telkom, substandard poor service!!!!

Telkom looks like they only employ *********** people that can only deliver a substandard poor service on every level! I have enquiry about the SmartBroadband Wireless LTE Contract 1TB, asked Sales department to call me. They will let the phone ring and when you answer and you say hallo the put down, they have just call me now, 16:20, probably to close to clocking off work time. How can a company like this with such *********** staff still servive!? Absoluut poor and pathetic service and they just don't care. Best is they also doesn't really want to help you instore at there Menlyn branch where I was earlier on this deal.
