Telkom subscriptions🤬😡😠

I want my money back.i cant unsubscribe to all those binga music.i am angry at u telkom.its 18 rand per subscription that means every momey i load as airtime get eaten by u telkom.i cant even call the call center it gives me s3lf help option .noone wants to help me even in store noone knows how to remove it.the service is pathetic.
