Telkom subscription

I was debited R2171,43 for my contract. I told them I have a spend limit on my contract. They said I subscribed to something when I didn't. My spend limit is 500rand and this came over they told me I also have a credit limited on top of my spend limit. Telkom are *****s that don't make you aware of stuff that you have on your contract. And debited me extra without my permission.
