Telkom subscribed us to a 24 Month 10mbps Business Uncapped Dsl without us ordering or apllying for it!?

We app**** for a dsl line speed upgrade from 10mbps to 20mpbs. This was done however Telkom decided to also subscribe us to a 24 Month 10mbps Business Uncapped Dsl without us ordering it. Nobody seems to want to help to cancel this and I am stuck. I need this to be canceled as it is ***** to just add something like this without even an order for it. It's R999 a month that I can not and will not pay.
