Telkom subcontrctor broken my dstv cable

<p>6 day ago I reported that Telkom subcontrctor broken my dstv cable and then I received a answer from Telkom media team Keagan.</p> <p>I repoted detailed story to telkom media team but they did not answer yet.</p> <p>Telkom is a repute company in SA. but I can not help doughting their way of treating customers.</p> <p>while they installing internet optic line they made noise with drill and chating but they did not even come to me to apolozise.</p> <p>if you do not change your attitude now you can make money but one day many people will leave Telkom.</p> <p>once again I ask you to tell your arrogant subcontrctor who broke my dstv cable to come and replace as they promised first time.</p> <p> </p>
