Telkom subcontractor damaged my DSTV cable

<p>good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a problem with Telkom subcontrctor that they dameged my DSTV cable while they were installing Internet Optic Line.</p> <p>I told it to one of the Telkom subcontrctor company director and he came and said we will replace it but they did not replace it uptil now. its been almost two weeks.</p> <p> </p>
