Telkom stupidity

Telkom really ******ed me! I ported my number from Vodacom in 2018, on June 6 2023, my number was not working anymore, I called their customer care. They could tell that the number was cancelled, but couldn't tell why, they refered me to a branch in SouthGate, they couldn't find the reason why my number was disabled. The number was disabled on their system, but don't know why, the number had always been active, I make calls and receive daily,! This is not on, now I need to reprint business cards, banners and all the marketing I have ever done. I have used one number for 23 years, now it's gone!!
