Telkom stuff members

Telkom Bircharces mall all stuff members are just rude the moment you walk in....so Thursday I went there to port my number,received a Otp then I was told I will get a message later,no message...I went back Friday around 5:30 doors closed then I was told by some guy that I should call rain to remove my number so they can recycle it... I went back on Sunday 1:35 doors closed again I even asked why they like to close doors before closing time they told me they have to clean like these people are unprofessional and don't even like their job
