Telkom stuff and it's company just a bunch of useless people

I called customer service 2 or 3 months ago requesting an itc number to be emailed as per insurance requirements, till today iam still waiting for that email, what's makes it worse is my insurance can't process a claim without it and my son can't do his researches online for school if am at work he must wait for me till I come back, this is so damn annoying honestly iam ****in ****ed with telkom service, iam never ever using any service from telkom, that is why other companies are taking your clients because of such incompetency
