Telkom Struggle

The most pathetic service that you will ever receive. Logged a service call for a faulty Tekom line only to find out two days later that the ref. was closed. The call was not attended to. Yet again logged another fault and yet again two days later closed again. Well the line is still not working and a third call now logged...What a joke.
