Telkom strips people from their hard earned money

<p>My mom had a telkom contract and unfortunately was involved in a car accident in 2013 and that telkom phone/sim card got lost . Today 4 years later telkom still debits money from her account for Lord knows what . In march they debited R1100 and we picked that up late so we cannot even reverse the transaction. In the beginning of the month they debited more money . Mind you my mom is a pensioner so every cent of her money really matters . I don't know who to call or where to go because I once called their help center and they told me to fill in a cancellation form which I did but still nothing changed. And I tried to tweet about it and they promised to call but still nothing changed .This is very frustrating. I do not advice anyone to get a telkom contract as it's so hard to cut ties with them when the contract ends</p>
