Telkom strikes again!

Even Worse than ever! I have canceled my internet service with them more than a month ago. I was told that there is a 30 day notice period before the line can be released, so that a new ISP can take over the fibre line from Vumatel. IT HAS BEEN 45 DAYS!!!! The account has been paid for two months. When you phone, you give up after 45 minutes of no answer. THIS IS WHY I HAVE CANCELED THE SERVICE!
