Telkom strikes again

Does Telkom even get more than 1 star ratings these days? My internet has been off and on recently and I logged numerous faults. They come to my house to only tell me the box is faulty and they will fix it. A Week later and I wake up to no internet and no way to watch the rugby on my DSTV app. If in life a person ever feels useless they just need to look to Telkom or Eskom to see companies more pathetic. This country is held to ransom by idiots.
