TELKOM STRIKES AGAIN

Early March this year, i placed an online order with Telkom for a Mecer mylife Z140C which came with a Huawei wifi device and approximately 5G of data. I was sent an sms by Telkom saying they needed to debit my account for R139 to process the order. Months later, i still did not receive my laptop. When i enquired with telkom, i was told they didnt capture the order - only an order for a wifi device was process. I found that so hard to believe as it was a Laptop that came with a wifi device. After many phone calls and arguments i was told my order was on its way. Only to have a wifi device delivered to me. I called Telkom and let them know that I DID NOT ORDER A WIFI DEVICE. they had a courier collect and i was told by the call centre agent that the order and everything would be cancelled - today the sum of R258-20 was taken from my account. ALL I WANT IS FOR TELKOM TO CANCEL EVERYTHING. I DID NOT ORDER A WIFI DEVICE AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR ONE. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
