Telkom strikes again!!

Hi Guys

So in January I ordered a phone from telkom online, which was a relatively smooth process, I was debited the next day for the phone but after 10 days of waiting I still did not receive any feedback.. so I had to start calling around to find out whats going on. 3 hours later and haven spoken to about 10 diferent people it came down to the phone that I ordered was discontinued and out of stock, so the conclusion of the conversation was me telling them to cancel the order completely and refund me so that I can go into a telkom shop and get a phone there. So that is what I did, thinking for some ubsurd reason telkom would have followed my instructions to cancel the order and refund me!

2 weeks later a courier pitches up at my door with the original order, but wait, its not even the phone I ordered in the first place... originally I ordered a iPhone 6s 128gb but somehow after I instructed them to cancel the order I got a iPhone 6 Pluss 32gb.. I immediately phoned telkom and asked what was going on, they just shrugged so I acted on my 7 day cooling down period and canceld the order then and there AGAIN! I then got reference numbers stating the order is cancelled. 3 months has passed and the bill for that phone is now sitting at R6000. Which I refuse to pay! I am begging with Telkom to just come and fetch this phone and refund me! But its a useless exercise!

Please avoid Telkom as far as you can!! Probably the most useless company in the country!!
