Telkom strikes again!!

So i am back on this lovley site to complain so that someone from telkom reads this and gets back to the customer since it is the ONLY way for them to engage with there clients. So after a previous dispute with telkom to get my line sorted that all went well until i tried getting back online and i am not recieving and signal or connection from them. So last week monday i went into the shop after about 2 hours they told me i need a tech guy to come out, 6 calls later and 2 weeks and still no one came out!! After i had to beg a guy on the phone giving me a speech about the R450 call out fee if it is not a telkom mistake... I dont mind the call out fee just get me someone to fix the line! I really cant take this type of service, if its not lies then they take your money a threaten you with lawsuits. Telkom is a joke, they dont mind pumping jhb with beast lines but we the loyal clients have to suck on the back end..
