Telkom strike and lie toe customer
<p>Thank you for the worst service ever and lying to your customers, i phoned in on the 29th of August 2016 to order my new Adsl line,i recieved a sms that the instalation will take place on the 1st of September, so i took of work and waited the whole day and no one pithed up,i called again and spoke to Keaghan who said there was a mistake and promised me that they will come on the 2nd of September so i took off work again and revieved another sms confirming the instalation date, no one pitched up again on the 2nd so i phoned in numerous times they said a technician is on its way, nobody pithed up at 4o clock i phoned again and only to find that the lady telling me that all technicians is on strike sins wednesday, Why didnt anybody tell me this from the start waisting w days off work and my leave. When wull the strike end and when will my instalation take place or wait will you lie again.</p> <p> </p> <p>All customers should know this and i will make sure of that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you </p>

So today i had no phone call from Telkom but 3 sms's as below, and still no tech arrived, another half day waisted.

I just want 2 thank the Technician who came and install my Adsl line, he really went out of his way to get me up and running, Thank you for going the extra mile, Telkom need more people like you, from cutting trees to setting up my line, you deserve a reward for the great service you deliver.
