Telkom stresses Customers by its ******* and ********** Practices

Please Hellopeter help me tell Telkom to stop harassing me and my wife. Telkom uses his agents to write me and my wife threatening sms messages almost on daily basis claiming nonpayment of undisclosed debt. Telkom uses his agents to harass me with phone calls demanding payment for unsubstantiated debts. As a matter of fact, it is Telkom that owes me money, which it **********ly deducted from my bank account without my approval until. For over a year, Telkom was doing double deductions from my account by opening two accounts for me for the same service instead of migrating my one account from a lower to a higher level. For one year I requested that they cancel one of the accounts and they would not oblige. Rather Telkom kept on double-depleting my account. Telkom's inefficiency is public knowledge from the many reviews people have written and continue to write against the ******* and ********** company. Telkom should stop harassing me or I will institute legal proceedings against the gullible, inept and ********** company. Hellopeter please help me stop this madness from Telkom.
