Telkom stores unhelpful

Adderley street store system offline for two days. I entry to store i am advised try can not help me with a copy of my ID. Previous two trips nobody advised me that original drivers licence was not acceptable for sim swap. Come on guys. Your efficiency at your store is pathetic.
