Telkom stores don't answer their phones.

I have tried calling all Jhb stores this morning (all of them numerous times) but not one of them answered their phones. I contacted the online chat service and the operator told me that the stores were too busy to answer their phones and that I must go in to a branch myself.<br> Seriously, in this day and age of communications, I must physically GO into a branch of a company (a telecommunications company!) to ask a simple question - it's just ludicrous!<br> I'll take my business else where with this kind of attitude!!
