Telkom Stores do not have working Telephones and Bad Service
<p>Telkom suspended my landline. Technician says I need to move to wireless service. The Northgate branch (next to PnP) does not have anyone that can assist with landlines on Sundays. Fourways Crossings says the Fixedline Looklike service is not operational and they need goahead from the head office. Then I went to Mall of Africa. Filled out the forms and got the wireless phone and SIM card. They said the service will be activated latest by Monday. The phone still displays registration failed. Tried calling them on ********** and ********** , but no-one is answering.<br />The agents for the online chat service are unable to help.</p>
It's now:
- more than a week since my landline has not been working.
- more than 4 days since the Mall of Africa Telkom shop gave me the wireless phone that does not work.
- more than 24 hours since I emailed Keagan with no acknowledgement or response or any action to sort out my line.
