Telkom Store The Glen terrible service

I went to Telkom in the Glen shopping centre to apply for a fixed line look alike(flla sim) about 3 months ago , the person who was working there on the day took my details and said they will phone me as soon as the sim ready . Till date , i did not receive any phone call from them . I also went back to the store multiple times to find out what is happening and all they can say is "you need to wait , its a long process . We will phone you once it is ready". I now went to Telkom in Southgate shopping centre (+-3 months later)to query this , to my surprise they said that the sim is ready long ago and must be fetched at the Telkom store in the Glen . My landline also hasn't been working for a while due to this change being done.

The employees at Telkom the Glen are lazy and rude . They have no respect at all for customers.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to the Telkom in the Glen shopping centre unless you have time to waste (Rather go to the telkom in Southgate ). If you still want to go then be prepared to firstly wait about 30 minutes in the queue and then be treated with no respect at all . You'll also be lucky if they have stock of any of their products advertised.
