Telkom Store Rustenburg Waterfall Mall

What did we do to deserve such appulaling service from the branch? The staff if there is ever any do not seem interested to help. Quite slow where they would literally help 1 person for over an hour. The branch seems understaffed and lacks enthusiasm and eagerness to assist customers. Can this please be looked into.
