Telkom Store Mooirivier Potchefstroom

Such bad service still no response from Telkom Store Mooirivier Potchefstroom from either manager or area manager. They really playing for time so that my warranty expires the 21/03/2026. Keep saying waiting on feedback from the Consumer Request for Contract and Service Cancelation. Not true the area manager could have signed the report emailed it then called the accounts department to waiver the cancelation fee of R11000 but now I get told Telkom is a franchise so there is procedures. But I've been paying for a handset I don't have since 3rd November 2025. So I must loose not Telkom. I'm so frustrated and despondent with the disgusting service received.
