Telkom store Menlyn

Telkom menlyn customer service is the worst service I've ever seen. Both the stores, clients even turn away because the consultants are too busy chatting and not paying attention to the clients. Not everyone is fami**** with the self service and no one even bother to assist them I waited an hour for someone who was in the store room doing what I don't know, I want to cancel anything that has to do with telkom because they do not know how to treat clients. I worked in retail before and I know how good customer service looks like. Telkom is the worst
